Note: need someone with 10+ years ecommerce experience
Qualifications of 5-6 Resources
o 4 year degree in Information Systems or an equivalent combination of course work and job experience
o Requires 10+ years ecommerce experience
o Experience with solution implementation and architecture for high volume, customer facing systems
o Java certification is a plus
o Retail experience is a plus
o Strong mobile development skill set
o Strong cross channel experience
o Experience implementing International solutions
o Strong experience with ORM systems and integration of those systems within ecommerce
o Experience with Oracle Coherence or equivalent data grid technology
o Java to legacy system communication experience
o Code management in a large team setting
o Developing, implementing and maintaining enterprise coding standards
o Test driven development experience
o Automated Unit Testing
o Continuous Integration experience
o Ability to work in a very fast-paced, marketing-driven, multi-task environment
o Flexibility is a must to support our customers 24x7x365, where extended hours may be necessary
o Excellent problem solving skills and executes for results
o Strong written and verbal communication skills
o Ability to analyze and resolve issues with minimal oversight
o Proven experience in large web implementations
o Strong understanding of direct experience with Web Content Management systems
o Strong experience with Content Management Systems
o In depth understanding of emerging technologies, patterns, and consumer trends.
o Demonstrated experience with application performance optimization and driving performance efficiency across disparate technologies.
o Strong Experience leading and implementing Service Oriented Architectures (SOA)
o Experience with ESB architectures and tools
o At a minimum the below experience:
o 8+ years Java/J2EE working experience
o Strong experience with Java MVC Frameworks
o JSTL, XML, Spring, EJB
o Database experience should include DB2
o Deep knowledge of Web application servers
§ Weblogic, Tomcat, Apache
o HTML/CSS/JavaScript and JQuery experience
o Development environment experience should include Eclipse and/or SpringSource.
