Job Description:

 

·         Should've worked on test strategy, test plans, test tools and test estimates for QA.

·         Ideal candidate takes technical ownership of entire QA.

·         This person will also be responsible for providing technical expertise in testing the complex features , which require frequent use of creativity and customer like thinking.

 

Responsibilities:

-           Work with senior management to provide and obtain product and project directions

-           Understanding the design and specification of the features to be tested

-           Come up with test strategy, test plans

-           Test tools Development/Application of appropriate test methodology

-           Knowledge on Tools for efficiency and effectiveness of testing Practice

-           Hands on experience in latest Quality Software Engineering practices like agile development and testing

-           Should Work on critical customer engagements as and when required

-           Decision to procure Software Testing tools for the organization.

-           Provide technical support to the Testing team.

-           Continuous monitoring and mentoring of Testing team members.
