Requirements :
We are looking for a html/css developer with experience working on a software development team.  this person will be responsible for creating html from illustrator files based on Requirements, Functional Specifications, Technical Detail Design and High-level Design documents. The position may include other product related documentation. 

The qualified developer must have experience generating html and fix UI issues. 
Qualifications 
(Experience, Skills, Academic) 
• 5-7 years technical writing experience documenting complex functional specifications, technical design documents, and software architectures 
• Bachelor's degree required 
• Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), agile and waterfall development, telecommunications industry and products 
• Expert programming skills in front end technologies (HTML4/5, CSS/CSS2/CSS3, and JavaScript ) 
• Experience with Dreamweaver, Photoshop and Illustrator are required. 
• Experience with mobile platform development using HTML5 and CSS3 are required. 
• In-depth knowledge of DOM 
• Experience working jQuery UI, Jquery, Sencha Mobile frameworks 
• Ensure compliance with best practice coding standards 
• Working experience with source control applications.
