Job Description:

Design and build solutions for new and existing software applications Gather business requirements for assigned projects Test, debug and document code that is developed Ensures project deliverables meet budget and time constraints Provides reports to management as required

Support existing applications and business partners Identify and provide short and long term solutions to resolve departmental pain points Support our end-user community with daily issues

· Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Mathematics or related field

Experience:

· 2-5 years of development experience

Skills:

· 2+ years of development experience with C#

· 2+ years of development experience with Asp.net· 1+ years of development experience with JavaScript/JQuery

· Must have a basic understanding in systems and data processing policies, practices, and procedures.

· A basic understanding in systems analysis and design techniques.

· Knowledge of the systems development life cycle.

· Strong problem solving skills to determine the effects on existing and new systems.

· Excellent business analysis and communications.

· Strong decision making skills

· Expertise with MS Office products required

· Microsoft development environments (Visual Studio, C#, SQL Management Studio)

· IIS

· Desktop and Server OS (E.g. Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 2003, Windows 2008)

Preferred Requirements:

· Content Management Systems (especially DotNetNuke)

· Microsoft SharePoint

· Direct Selling model and incentive plans
