Job Description    :

Technical

·         Work with Configuration management team to setup test environment, test data and data refresh process to repeat tests

·         Prepare data driven test scripts using Vugen, SOAPUI etc.

·         Define and prepare workload model for performance test execution

·         Setup infrastructure and application monitoring tools for testing J2EE web application and Web service using XML appliance

·         Execute performance test using HP Performance Center and LoadRunner, working with developers, DBAs, server team and architects, monitoring key components during the test

·         Participate in various phases of SDLC, review requirements, design and test cases to ensure right coverage

·         Co-ordinate sessions with various teams to address any issues found, facilitate application tuning, repeat tests etc.

·         Analyze test results, prepare final reports and present to the key stake holders

 

Skills Required to Fulfill the Above position

·         3-4 years of performance testing experience with distributed, multi-tiered web, online web application using technologies like J2EE/.NET and Web service using XML appliance

·         Preferable Programming Experience in J2EE/.NET

·         Linux, BEA Weblogic 10.x, SOAPUI, HP Performance center, Load runner (version 10/11), Vugen

·         Good database exposure - Oracle, MS SQL Server

·         Experience testing Vendor hosted solutions

·         Experience in testing integration components using Web services

·         Knowledge of performance bottlenecks and end-to-end performance measures (server response time, throughput, network latency, etc.)

·         Experience with infrastructure and application monitoring using CA-Spectrum, CA-Wily Introscope
