Title:            ETL QA Analyst

Duration:    3 months+

Roles & Responsibilities 
•          Develop test plans, test scenarios and test cases 
•          Validate source and target databases and along data extraction, transformation and loading activities 
•          Create UNIX shell scripts to access and move data from production to development environment 
•          Test different transformations to move data to Staging area, ODS and finally target database using Informatica Designer 
•          Define and deliver data quality project communications across impacted organizations, ensuring that all stakeholders are knowledgeable of the impact and drive corrective change 
•          Identify opportunities to improve business processes that impact t data quality and drive execution.

ETL QA Lead will own the QA function in the project and manage/coordinate an onsite-offshore ETL QA Analysts team 
He / She will develop test plans, test scenarios and test cases 
Perform back end testing along the ETL and between source and target using complex SQL querying and tools 
He / she will write and manage UNIX scripts to access move data between environments. 
Scope the work and estimate and plan ETL tasks, milestones and deliverables 
Assign tasks, monitor and review status and progress 
Provide periodical Reports to Trianz and Client Managers 

Hands-on on Informatica / Teradata 

Core skills 
HP Quick Test Pro (QTP) and Quality Center 
Complex SQL Queries in Teradata 
DDL and DML 
Data Warehousing and ETL Concepts and Practices .
