Position: Web Developer
Location: Boston,MA
Duration: 6+ Months

Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide daily support to existing web applications.
- Participate in the full life cycle of development (define, develop, test, install, and maintain) of existing applications as well as new initiatives.
The Web Developer must be able to manage development activities from the planning phase through the implementation phase. He or she will interface with other team members, management, and end-users on a regular basis.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years experience in the following areas is required:
- Visual Studio 6.0 (desktop, COM)
- Visual Studio 2003, 2005, 2008 (ASP.Net, VB.Net or C#, Web Services, Java Script, AJAX and CSS)
- SQL Server 2005 developer level understanding
- SQL Server Management Studio 2005
- SQL Server Reporting Services 2005
- JQuery
- LINQ
- Application Modeling
- Highly self-motivated individual who has the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Experience in the following areas would be a Plus:
- Prior experience migrating from classic asp to asp.net
- Visual Studio 2010
- .Net Framework 4.0
- Visual SourceSafe 8.0
- SQL Server 2008
- XML Processing
- SMTP Interfaces
- Understanding of Networking
- Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS - Web Development)
- Application Optimization
