Title:             Onsite Lead Data Warehousing
Location:       Brooklyn, NY
Notes:           Inperson Required after telephonic
Start Date:    ASAP

Job Description:  
Work with the onsite team on design and Architecture of the product and components – 20%
Participate in estimation meeting to assign story points to backlog items – 10%
Work as team lead capacity to manage a portion of a large project or small projects independently – 20%
Co-ordinate with offshore team to help them in delivering projects , works as onsite point of contact for technical and requirement related impediments – 15%
Help offshore team to get through requirement by coordinating with onsite scrum master/ Product owner/ Business analyst or subject matter experts – 15%
Participate in design and  code reviews – 20%

Must have                     
Understanding of / experience with Data Warehousing applications and best practices.
Strong SQL skills with Experience in writing PL/SQL Stored Procedures/Packages/Triggers, SQL Loader, Data Pump, Data Import/Export techniques.
Strong DB development (Oracle, Pl SQL, database design & optimization, DW design, Query optimization), design and architecture skills.
Experience with Oracle, ETL tools and procedures, DW/BI technologies/frameworks.
Experience on developing / maintaining mission critical DW / ETL application.
Experience in coordinating/managing offshore teams.
Experience managing issues list and prioritizing issues for himself and his team.
Experience dealing with multiple Client Contacts and excellent collaboration skills.
Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills.
8 years + of experience.

Nice to have Skills
Experience with Python, Pylons or similar technologies/frameworksExperience with application development using languages/Framework like Java/J2ee, Microsoft, C++ etc.
Should be Strong on algorithms and Software design patterns.
Experience working with Agile and Scrum Methodology ( Not Mandatory).
