JOB TITLE : Java Developer
LOCATION : NYC, NY
DURATION : 6 Months
Job Description:
· 5 to 7 years of experience in Java, J2EE technologies.
· Good working experience in XML technologies (XML, XSD, XSLT).
· 2 to 3 years of experience in XQuery and MarkLogic.
· Experience in creating and working with web-services preferably REST based one.
· Exposure to build mechanism & tools such as ANT.
· Exposure to Agile methodologies.
Highly Desired:
· XML technologies knowledge of xpath, namespaces, character encoding issues, etc.
· Experience with a modern source control system svn or git (preferred).
· Experienced with ant.
· Scripting Unix bash/ksh.
· Ssh.
· At least Java/J2EE _or_ XQuery – required skills.
· worked on teams.
Preferred:
· Java _and_ Xquery.
· MarkLogic exposure.
· DITA and the Open Toolkit.
· JSON data interchange.
· XSL-T and/or XSL-FO.
· Oracle SOA Suite and BPEL.
Beneficial:
· Java JMS / Enterprise service bus technologies.
· CMS experience: Documentum, alfresco, sharepoint, atompub, CMIS all beneficial.
· Eclipse.
· Weblogic clusters.
· CSS / HTML.
· SCORM.
