PREFERRED Skills:

·      Expert knowledge of Salesforce.com (Accounts, Sales Orders, Quotes etc.) and force.com
·      Leading multiple projects through SDLC with significant # of these involving integrating Salesforce with ERP, financial or any other systems
·      Expert knowledge in working with XML/XMLT, XSD, SOAP, Web services
·      Workflows
·      Technical background in programming languages and web-based applications
·      Knowledge of data migration & integration tools and methodologies

DESIRED SKILLS:

·      Experience with MS CRM or any other CRM Systems
·      Experience in performance tuning and improving scalability of applications
·      Middleware applications (Oracle Fusion/ Weblogic/ Springsource.)
·      Large enterprise application testing including functional, system and integration
