Job Title: Performance Testing Engineer
Skills, Abilities and Experience
5-7 years of professional experience in the Performance Testing & Performance Monitoring and Tuning.
Excellent knowledge in end to end Performance testing process and methodologies.
Hands on experience in HP's Loadrunner - web, web - click & script, Java/CORBA protocols.
Knowledge of SOA Test, Wily Introscope, perfproc, MS Excel (macros, webqueries), SAS.
Good experience in performance analysis of test results and pin pointing bottlenecks.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Working knowledge of Web technologies, client/server computing and databases.
Working knowledge of computer networks, networking hardware and the Internet.
Ability to operate independently and as part of the team.
Strong and assertive oral and written communication skills.
Good time management skills; must be able to manage multiple tasks/assignments with staggered deadlines and due dates; must be able to coordinate multiple tasks/assignments for several resources
