Needs to possess excellent communication skills and be able to interview in person... Required Skills: 3 - 5 years Java experience 1+ years Spring experience 1+ years Struts (or any MVC pattern, Spring MVC/Struts1, etc) experience 1+ years Junit experience Experience with an ORM tool (ibatis, hibernate) Experience with relational databases, including Oracle and SQL Server, Oracle experience is preferable Experience with SQL Working knowledge of the following: XML An application container (OC4j, etc) Maven/Ant (build process) Linux/Unix UML Proficient in Data Modeling and excellent Analytical Skills Tuning and Optimization, Debugging and Problem Solving skills Extensive experience working with multiple constituencies on project-related tasks Desired Skills: Oracle AS, UNIX Scripting, IBM MQ Series, HP Service Center, Automated Testing
