Position : Business Analyst with some Dot net exp

Description:
We are looking for a candidate that will be able to assist in the analysis effort of a large-scale end-to-end software development implementation, as well as provide business analysis support for ongoing legacy projects. The candidate will not only be involved in business analysis but will also be expected to help shape and mold the project delivery lifecycle (PDLC) in which the software development team follows. Key
Responsibilities include:
· Facilitate requirements and design sessions with users
· Translate user requirements into system requirements and functional design specifications
· Develop and execute test scripts for integration and user acceptance testing
· Establish strong working relationships across the business
· Assist project management in managing project scope
· Educate users in system functionality
· Serve as a mentor to colleagues wishing to transition into a business analyst role
Requirements:
· BA/BS Degree, preferably in a technology related field
· 3-5 years of analysis experience: facilitating requirements from users, creating design specifications, and developing and executing test scripts
· 2-3 years of experience working in an enterprise level development environment (preferably .NET)
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Able to interact with a wide range of personalities
· Understands basic data modeling and comfortable writing simple queries against a database
· Experienced in the MS Office suite
