II.        Primary Purpose

We are seeking a highly qualified individual to join our team as the Site Optimization Specialist. This individual will be responsible for executing the corporate testing portfolio to maximize ROI and improve the online customer experience.  The site optimization specialist will be responsible for A/B and multivariate test execution and analysis of results.

III.       Principal Duties and Responsibilities

·         Leverage web analytics data to identify testing opportunities

·         Clearly articulate test hypotheses, success metrics and testing requirements

·         Own A/B and multivariate test documentation, instrumentation and analysis

·         Recognize and resolve data inconsistencies and gaps that impact testing success

IV.        Education & Experience Requirements

·         Minimum of 2 years of web analytics experience using Omniture, CoreMetrics or Google Analytics

·         Minimum of 2 years of experience in website optimization using A/B and multivariate testing providers such as Test and Target, SiteSpect, etc.

·         Strong quantitative/analytical skills

·         Proficiency in Excel

·         Bachelor’s degree in business, statistics, mathematics, economics or a related field

·         Some background in website usability, HTML, web development/design or regular expressions preferred
