Experience :
· Oracle eBusiness applications;
· Oracle Federal Financials.
· Federal Financials knowledge,
· System & database administration, infrastructure & operation, Mainframes, understanding and experience in federal policies,
· Experience in analysis on governance processes, Setting strategic direction, goals, objectives, strategies, initiatives, and metrics to address the internal and external business drivers for CMS and DHHS
· Extensive experience in full software development life cycle (SDLC)
· Must possess strong analytical skills,
· Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
· Expertise in Application Development using
· Oracle 7.3/8.x/9i/10g, Oracle Forms 4.5/6i, Oracle Reports 2.5/6i, Workflow 2.5/2.6, SQL Loader; Forms Personalization, XML Publisher, PL\SQL
NICE-to-HAVES
· These skills refine the candidate pool
· Experience in OBIEE,
· Understanding of accounting systems, General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, Order Management/Order Entry, General Ledger, Cash Management,
· CMS or HIGLAS experience is a plus
· Or HHS , NIH, or FDA financial system experience is a plus
· Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in order to meet deadlines.
· Must possess strong troubleshooting, problem resolution, and user support skills.
EDUCATIONAL :
· BS. (preferred emphasis in Computer science, Information Systems, accounting, or finance)
Oracle Financial Analyst
Location: Baltimore
Duration: 6 Months

· Financial analytics to support month end financial reconciliation and to support special system requests and audit activities
· Experience and proficiency in accounting (Medicare and/or federal)
· Oracle application, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Access database

OTHER INFO
· work closely with FMSG's month end re-engineering team Will use the CMS Financial analytics tool that developed in-house.
· There is no time for a lot of training; the person is expected to already have the knowledge and experience.
