Skills, Abilities and Experience
6-8 years of professional experience Performance Testing & Performance Monitoring and Tuning.
Excellent Capacity planning experience to perform RAP/Cap assessment.
Hands on experience in Loadrunner - web, web - click & script protocols.
Good experience in performance analysis of test results and pin pointing bottlenecks (perform Deep dive analysis)
Knowledge of C++ & Java to perform Instrumentation design.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Working knowledge of Web technologies, client/server computing and databases.
Working knowledge of computer networks, networking hardware and the Internet
Strong and assertive oral and written communication skills.
Good time management skills; must be able to manage multiple tasks/assignments with staggered deadlines and due dates
