Location: Redmond, WA

No. of Position: 1

Duration - 6Months

Years of Experience- 6+ years

Job Description:

· Able to interpret/collect business requirements

· Deep concepts in Business Intelligence field with minimum 6 + years of relevant experience

· Deep data analysis skills – Able to analyze BI requirements and quickly come up with recommendation/ pros/cons

· Conversant with Microsoft BI technology : Sql server, Sql scripts, MDX, cube, power view – Able to communicate with Developers and testers and flesh the technical details

· Excellent communication skills – Able to communicate with Directors and senior managers level folks in Microsoft

· Able to conduct/drive meetings effectively with minimal supervision

· Self-starter with low maintenance – Able to get things done.

· Background on prior/current work experience on Microsoft enterprise Services ecosystem is a plus

Location: San Jose, CA

Years of Experience- 8+ years

Job Description:

· The Business Systems Analyst will focus on the delivery of data & analytics in a Data Warehouse environment.

· Identify business needs and define solutions including data components, relationships, and configurations.

· Establish system specifications and objectives, based on business requirements and cost effectiveness, and provides recommendations to management personnel.

· Acts as liaison between systems software development staff, management, and system end-users to determine requirements and obtain sign-off.

· Ability to translate business requirements to technical specification for engineering teams.

· Knowledge of sql. Writing SQL queries to fetch data from database .Teradata preferred but not mandatory

· Need to coordinate with offshore teams on a need basis

· Define, design and develop report and documentation that meet business user needs while meeting defined milestone and deliverables.

· Lead data management & analytics projects by translating business problems and questions into structured analysis.

· Coordinates and leads information management solutions and project plans.

· Manages all aspects of project such as data sourcing, migration, quality, design, and implementation.

· Work with cross functional business groups, business analyst and engineers from various global teams.

· Participate in architecture and design discussion. Coordinate with other functional teams on larger and more complex projects.
