Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
• 3+ years experience in OBIEE 10g administration and dashboard/report creation
• Advanced SQL knowledge
• Effective problem solving, data analysis and issue resolution skills
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team on multiple, competing priorities
• History of meeting deadlines in uncertain environments, and delivering high quality results
• Proven ability to appropriately identify, take ownership, and focus on highest priority tasks
• Ability to manage time effectively according to priorities and timelines
• Must be self-motivated, possess the ability to take on projects and tasks with little direction, and apply good judgment and decision-making skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must, as well as strong interpersonal skills. As a result, the qualified candidate must be able to communicate effectively to a wide variety of audiences including other software engineers, developers, as well as business end-users
• Must possess a mindset to objectively view and effectively explain an issue or resolution from an end-user/customer/business perspective
• Strong documentation skills a must
Preferred or Desired Qualifications:
• Oracle SQL experience
• OBIEE 11g experience
• Business Objects experience
