(Job) Sr. Web Developer (Java, Security SSO) --- Sunnyvale, CA

Hi,
 
We have immediate contract position for Web Application Engineer (Java, Security SSO) for a 6 - 9 months position in Sunnyvale, CA.


Specific responsibilities
-        Web Application Development experience
-        At least 5 years of experience in web technologies, either in corporate IT, professional services, or product development.
-        Significant development experience in standard web application languages (Java/J2EE, C/C++, Python, Perl, Javascript) as well as other web application
         Protocols and standards (HTTP, HTML, CSS, AJAX, databases).
-        Familiarity with web-based security standards (cookie-based SSO, Kerberos, NTLM, HTTP Basic, SAML).
-        Familiarity with XSLT.
-        Understanding of technical architectures, networking technologies and protocols.
-        Nice to have but not required - Specific experience working with search engine technologies (Google, FAST, Verity, Autonomy) is a plus.
-        Proactive, self-starter, can-do attitude.

Education and Experience:
·         A minimum of 6 years of experience is required, including 5+ years solid relevant experience
·         A Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or Business, or related field is required
