JOB DESCRIPTION:

Required Skills and Experience: 5+ years of direct experience doing front-end Web development work using the following technologies: X/HTML CSS JavaScript Developing working Web sites from Photoshop comps. Using and developing for content management systems. Understanding and avoiding cross browser compatibility issues. Optional Skills and Experience: Experience with mobile Web sites and/or apps, particularly in making desktop browser-based sites mobile friendly. Actual app development is a plus. Web-based programming languages such as ASP/.NET, JSP, PHP, Perl, Ruby/Rails, etc. Production work in Photoshop. Experience with developing templates for bulk emailing services, such as ExactTarget, iContact, Eloqua, and Mail Chimp. Flash/ ActionScript development. XML and XSLT experience. 
  
Responsibilities: 
Front-End Web Developer Work in a dynamic, agile environment with a team of Web specialists to create easy to use Web sites and Web-based tools. The ideal candidate will have collaborated with marketing professionals, business owners, end users / customers and technology teams. Responsibilities: Write the HTML, CSS, and JavaScript necessary to transform Photoshop-based comps into Web sites, Web-based applications, and rich email messages. Work closely, collaboratively, and iteratively with all members of a Web user experience team, including Web copywriters, interactive designers, usability experts, and testing teams. Provide technical and feasibility feedback on wireframes and comps. Conduct preliminary cross-browser testing / cross-browser compatibility support.
