·        4-5 Yrs of Experience in Java/J2ee

·        Hands - on experience in Java/J2EE/Spring/Struts/Ibatis or Hibernate/Websphere

·        Experience working on JMS/MDM/MQ is preferable.

·        Experience working in Financial Industry is a plus.
