These positions do not require a client interview.  We are making all the decisions.  Candidate will phone screen and if all goes well the candidate will be brought on to the project.

Job Title: Ruby on Rail Developer
Location: Englewood, CO
Duration: 6+ Months Contract

Client: Is an investment bank and full-service investment firm – no need to ask me the client name since this is an Exclusive Project to Panzer.  Once the candidate has passed the screen and is ready to be submitted I'll let you know the client.
Location:  Englewood, CO
Target Start Date:  May 15, 2012 - IMPORTANT:  Prefer someone that lives in CO or willing to travel or relocate.  We need people on the ground ready to work on May 15 or just a couple days after.  The client wants to see at least half of the team selected by early the week of May 1, 2012.  Our goal is to identify at least 10 of the developers by Tuesday, May 2, 2012.  
Duration:  6 Months +

Title:  Developers – Ruby on Rails Programmer
# Positions:  14 (7 front and 7 backend)

Tech Interviewer:  All candidates will be screened/technical interview. If all goes well the candidate will be submitted to the client.                  

Required Skills:

5 + years professional IT experience
3+ years experience performing as a developer using Ruby on Rails
Experience with Agile development techniques
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Ruby/Rails, Java, NoSQL (MongoDB), Search Engine (MS FAST)
Thorough understanding of the (SDLC) software development lifecycle
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a high attention to detail
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work quickly and to tight deadlines
Proven ability to work independently with limited supervision and with other department personnel
Must have exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills
Must be "self-motivated" as well as creative and efficient in proposing solutions to complex, time-critical problems
Must be a team-player
Ability to deal with multiple projects and deadlines
BS or MS in Computer Science or technical equivalent

Please include the following information in the body of the email with every submittal;

1)References – I'll always need 3 references with the following:  Name, Title, email address and phone number
2)Exclusive agreement –One from you and one from the candidate and one from the candidate's employer (if applicable) to you.  Email is sufficient.  If candidate or employer will not sign don't send me the candidate.  What I need is a commitment from you, the candidate and their employer (if applicable) that they will give me 48 hours to get an answer before they take another position.
3)Education / Certifications:  make sure all education and certification info is on the resume to include, name of school, location (city, state and or country) and the year
4)Expect face to face interviews------------ Not sure if this client will require it, but you must make sure the candidate will go on an interview if necessary.  Send me an email confirmation from the employer and or candidate indicating he/she will go on the face to face interview.  We pay 100% of all interviewing expenses so I do not see any reason why someone would not agree to the face to face.
5)Please always send a matrix indicating the number of years the candidate has with each required skill listed.
