 An ideal Cisco Engineer should have the following skills:

Required Skills:
* Cisco Engineer shall have a minimum of 5 years experience programming and implementing Cisco phone system solutions.
* Ability to communicate effectively (verbally and in writing) with technical and end user staff.
* Perform project tasks similar to those as outlined in this Statement of Work.
* Demonstrated ability to configure Cisco IVR 8.5.1 and Cisco CUIC 8.5.2 applications.
* Contractor must have working knowledge of the current Client's Cisco phone system.
* Demonstrated experience with creation of associated documentation in support of Bureau of Infrastructure Support projects and initiatives.
* Demonstrated experience to deliver training for Bureau of Infrastructure Staff.

Roles & Responsibilities:
* Assistance with the programming and integration of the Cisco IVR 8.5.1 component with existing data interfaces of Client's enterprise applications based on an existing IVR design.
* Assistance with the design, programming and implementation of reports to provide metrics for IVR utilization as well as other metrics available from the phone system within CUIC Premium 8.5.2.
* Provide Technical Training (Knowledge Transfer), as required for Bureau of Infrastructure Support Staff as related to the configuration and operation of the implemented IVR services.
* Provide technical assistance and consulting services as required in support of the Cisco IVR and reporting implementation.
* Provide necessary technical documentation related to the IVR programming for Bureau of Distributed Infrastructure Staff.
