Job Title : Siemens Openscape SME

IMMEDIATE Consulting Opportunity for OpenScape SME in support of client contact center
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Development of as-built documentation of the solution.
2) Development and implementation of day-to-day operational practices including change control.
3) Management and coordinating the resolution of technical issues prior, during and after go-live.
TECHNICAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Siemens Openscape Voice
NON-TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Exceptional written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language
- Highly self-motivated and directed
- Desire to learn and expand skill set
- Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented,
collaborative environment is essential
- Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through
analytical and problem solving capabilities
- Adept at conducting research into project-related and software-related issues and products
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Experience working with business users, presenting to client audiences or professional peers, and working closely with upper management.
