F2F Interview NEED Local consultant.

 

4 business Units: 

Underwriting, Claims, Datacenter, Researching Program for claims.

 

His Group:  Java, J2EE, Websphere, SENIOR Developers and Architects

 

Looking for backfill, candidate left for a project closer to home

Must have experience with Enterprise Architecture, prefers financial services

Will be giving the direction, strategy, providing leadership, interacting with client on the higher level (must have great comm. Skills), must be able to provide solutions and back them with various scenarios, previous experience with working with offshore teams (India), must have worked in Agile methodology, will be working with a small group of Sr. Architects, but must be their leader and guide them. Personality –must be interactive and can speak to high level executives
