Program Specialist supporting AT&T University Management Development. (replace PL) Job Description: (What will the NPW do on that project?) Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Managing and maintaining the training calendar, including scheduling and coordinating training materials, rosters and enrollment; supporting internal and contract trainers with adminsitrative and logistical support; reviewing incoming correspondence and initiate replies as appropriate; process and track invoices and expense reports; create accurate utilization and allocation reports and handle other duties as assigned.
