Job Description:

 The desired candidate will be responsible for working with Techno Force TRAINING LEAD and recruiting candidates for the training and placement programs offered by the firm .

·         Good experience in end to end recruitment process.

·         Ability to meet the targets on a regular basis.

·         Expertise in recruiting, H1's, Citizens, GC's, OPT's, EAD's consultants.

·         Experience on portals like Dice, Monster, and Corp-to-Corp.

·         Understanding US Tax terms and Visas.

·         Well versed with OPT/ CPT terms and regulations.

·         Successful track record in technical recruitment/US Staffing.

·         Must have high levels of skill and motivation to search the talent using social media and other alternatives.

·         Demonstrated ability in hiring candidates across geographies within the US.

·         Self-motivated, passionate recruiter with hands on experience in Recruiting for US Staffing Market.

·         The willingness and ability to do whatever it takes to meet strict candidate submittal time frames with a zero tolerance for failure.

·         Excellent verbal and written communications, including strong abilities with MS Office Products.
