Urgent Requirement: Performance Tester

We have this Performance Tester position.


Position: Performance Tester
Location: Sacramento, CA
Duration: 6-12 months
 
 JOB DESCRIPTION:

•         Prior experience with HP Performance Center & LoadRunner required.
•         Exposure to other load testing tools – Apache Bench, OpenLoad, E-Load etc., is desired.
•         Ability to create load test strategies, test plans, scenarios and scripts, is a must.
•         Should provide metrics and analysis of product performance.
•         Scripting knowledge in at least 2 of the following areas – shell scripts, Perl, Python, PHP, Ruby.
•         Should have good communication skills and have direct interface with subject matter experts and management about issues & improvements in product performance & load testing.
