Minimum 2 yrs exp with Spring 3.1 (He will accept candidates with 3.0, but they are moving to the 3.1 and thats really what he wants)

MVC Spring

Minimum 2 yrs of exp with Hibernate 4.1

Websphere 6.1

Struts

Ajax

JSP with JQuery experience

1.7 Ajax, this is the JQuery version

Knowledge of PL SQL

Oracle is a nice to have (If not Oracle , some database knowledge)

 

The candidate is going to be doing front and back end development work.
