Required Skills:
At least five years' experience PL/SQL application programming.
At least five years' experience programming in SAS.
Evidence of experience creating virtual machines.
Evidence of experience installing operating systems.
Evidence of experience installing Oracle database management system server software.
Evidence of the ability to deliver software on encrypted media.
At least five years' experience working with data warehouse concepts and maintaining data quality
At least five years' experience setting up, securing and normalizing large databases.
At least five years' experience working with Oracle 9.0 or higher and migrating SAS data to and from Oracle.
Preferred:
At least five years' experience working on research projects using statistical techniques such as multiple regression analysis and econometric modeling.
At least five years' experience working with Unix operations and development.
At least one major project preparing reports for public sector audiences such as the state legislature.
Familiarity with wage loss and return-to-work models.
