Position: Production Support BSA
Location: Beaverton, OR
Duration: 6+ Months
Rate:40/hr

Relevant Experience (Yrs) :

*    7 years Production Support BSA(Business Systems Analyst)

Skills/Roles required for this position:
Must have:

·    Strong experience supporting Microsoft servers and Web services solutions.
·    Troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue management experience.
·    Excellent communication of complex topics to a diverse audience and positive customer service skills.
·    Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with management, technical peers, and business stakeholders.
·    Demonstrated ability to build positive business relationships and influence collaboratively across IT and business partners.
·    Ability to work with onshore/offshore teams (VDI), and communicate using virtual communication tools (phone, conferencing, WebEx meetings, IM).
·    Ability to operate in a diverse, complex, high visibility support environment with multiple, competing priorities (Tolerance for changing  priorities,
     patience, and work well with others when under pressure.)
·    Strong information seeking skills and a drive to make things happen.

Ø    Ability to analyze & identify risks or problems before they occur, take proactive actions, and balance "fire-fighting" with prioritization/batched         patching.
Ø    Self starter, motivated by improving application stability and supportability through documentation, standardization, and best practices.
Ø    Ability to re-engineer processes with a mindset of eliminating waste.

Nice to have:

·    Demonstrated leadership ability, including ability to motivate and coach others within team.
·    Supporting and troubleshooting internal and external hosted (SaaS) solutions.
·    Sharepoint Administration experience.
·    Experience with improving Support services and configuration.

Bonus Points:

·    Experience with LEAN-developing A3 & Incident Reports.
·    ITIL experience…
