Job Profile: Infrastructure Architect

Job Length: 6 months
Client is looking Infrastructure Architect with ECM Experienced
Experience:
Total 9+ years of experience with a minimum of 5 years of ECM Infrastructure experience in on-premise, hosted and SaaS-based solutions. Experience architecting Community applications is a plus.
Position Description: The role requires both broad and deep technology knowledge and the ability to architect ECM solutions by mapping common customer business problems to end-to-end technology solutions. Demonstrated ability to engage in senior level technology decision maker discussions related to infrastructure, agility, business value & architecture is a must have.
Responsibilities:
•Develop infrastructure strategy by understanding key client objectives; diagnosing and mapping client requirements and existing infrastructure; articulating solution risks and barriers; recommending infrastructure approaches; preparing time and cost estimates; planning full project life cycle
•Implement ECM infrastructure by building components and custom designs; prototyping; maintaining technical integrity and consistency; documenting system
•Ability to advise on implementation strategy, performance, tools, caching, operations, release, deployment to the customers
•Hands-on knowledge in tuning and configuring any of the ECM Community applications
•Ability to deploy ECM applications on Cloud or SaaS based infrastructures
•Manage production rollout process
Required Skills/Qualifications:
•9+ years experience in IT
•Experience working with and deploying ECM technologies that incorporate on-premise, hosted and SaaS-based applications
•Working with community applications such as Atlassian Confluence, Microsoft SharePoint, Jive, WordPress OpenText Collaboration etc. is a plus
•Experience in analytics for communities. Experience in specific products such as Radian6, HootSuite etc. a plus
•Experience in User Generated Content, commenting systems architecture. Experience in specific systems such as Disqus, Facebook Connect etc. a plus.
•Strong skills to effectively interface with client executives
•Configuration planning, testing, change management and support experience
•Knowledge of Web architectures including portals, application servers, security, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and .Net technologies is a plus
•BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field
Other Skills (desired):
•Demonstrated consulting skills, including client relationships and team facilitation
•Well-developed organizational and interpersonal communications skills
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills, such as meeting facilitation, presentation and documentation
•Work experience in the Media & Publishing industries is a plus.
Travel:
•Ability to apply for a visa – no prior visa rejections.
•International travel to client location for short/long term as needed.
