Role: QA Tester with Strong Experience in SOAPUI with (Groovy Language)

Location; Mason, OH

6 Months

 

REQUIREMENT:

·         Experience: 3 years+ in web services testing Responsibilities:  

·         Review requirements and identify business need gaps .

·         Create and maintain a Requirements Traceability Matrix .

·         Estimate the effort for and schedule tasks .

·         Develop test cases for services using industry standard automation tools including SoapUI and/or vuGen .

·         Set up test data in conjunction with other stakeholders as appropriate .

·         Construct and deploy test files .

·         Peer review deliverables .

·         Automate tests (if within scope) .

·         Execute functional tests, positive and negative, on web services utilizing tools

·         Interpret test results and determine pass/fail

·         Report test results, including defects if any, in a clear, concise and well organized manner

·         Propose modifications to existing test cases .

·         Update the web service test suite repository with new or modified test files if any .

·         Raise issues that impede ability to meet project commitments

·         Alert Test Lead about any risks observed for the project

·         Work in full compliance to defined processes and policies

·         Participate in and contribute to lessons learned sessions
