Business analyst
Location: Miamisburg, OH
Duration: 5 months
Prefer experience with enterprise business solutions such as Siebel, Oracle Solution suite.
Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies.
Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs.
Require a bachelor's degree in information systems and 5-10 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Prefer experience with enterprise business solutions such as Siebel, Oracle Solution suite.
Relies on experience and judgment to work with different stakeholder, plan and accomplish goals.
Performs a variety of complicated tasks.
May lead and direct the work of others.
May report directly to a project lead or manager.
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Business Analyst role:
1. Provides functional domain expertise within the scope of the applications or technology (ERP such as BRM, AIA, DataStage, OMIPM, PeopleSoft, Siebel, Taxware)
2. Liaison with the business units, Business Consultants and vendor for elaborating and defining Level 4 use cases using Blueprint tool
3. Define and manage L0-4 business requirements for small, vertical focused, business requests using the Blueprint tool
4. In collaboration with the Business Consultant is accountable for elaborating / deriving technical requirements
