 Job Title: Application Architect II 

Location: Richmond, VA

Duration: 12 months

Rate: $50/hr C2C

 

Job Description:

• Responsible for the definition, design, construction, integration, testing, and support of reliable and reusable software solutions, addressing business opportunities.
• Includes systems analysis, creation of specifications, coding, testing, and implementation of application programs and data interfaces.
• Requires a previous domain of experience in applications development.
• Responsible for overall application design, including interfaces with other applications and systems.
• Assures that application designs are consistent with industry best practices application attributes (including scalability, availability, maintainability, and flexibility).
• 3-5 years experience with Financial Services clients Oversight Works substantially with little supervision or oversight to deliver key milestones Related experience
• 2-3 years prior application development experience Capital One Experience Preferred
• Experience with minimal application integration Have participated in 1-4 Agile projects Communication
• Ability to deliver highly technical information to a broader audience beyond the team lead while influencing within the team
• Exposure to working with third parties and suppliers
• Special focus areas: 2+ years experience with Opentext products including Livelink version 9.7, Content Server 10, and AxsOne 2+ years experience with MS Sharepoint enterprise systems 1+ year experience with HP applications including Service Manager 7.10 or higher
