Detailed Responsibilities:

Assess End-User Training Needs Conduct System 

Tester Training Planning and Preparation 

Develop End-User Training Materials Plan and Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Conduct System 

Tester Training Implement Communication Plan and Activities - Implement Phase Assess End-User Go-Live Packet Needs Creation of Go-Live Packets Perform Final Go-Live Checks and Activities Implement Post Go-Live Training Activities Co-ordination with Offshore team Project Team Meetings Project Status Meetings Specific Deliverables (if any): End-User Training Approach Final Curricula Plan_SAP Super User Program_SAP Preliminary Course Review_SAP End-User Training Environment Validation_SAP End-User Training Course Outlines and Materials Report Documentation_SAP QA and Training System Setup Role to Position Mapping Maintenance Workforce/Transition Plans_SAP Final Site Readiness Assessment_SAP Create Status and metric Reports Experience Requirements: 

Hands on experience facilitating with training, highly desired Hands on experience creating training material. Instructional design uPerform 

Preferred Requirement Keywords: Entertainment industry SAP uPerform 

Other Requirements: Excellent written and verbal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team 

Excellent communication skills verbal and written to help facilitate training and write training course materials and QRGs
