Job description: (MUST HAVE)
Java Lead /JR Architect Position.
Nashville, TN
9-12 Months
Rate : DOE
ü Should have good healthcare background especially in claim processing.
ü Should have had experience leading teams.
ü Excellent communication skills, preferable to have someone who has experience working at client site and have had direct interactions with client stakeholders.
ü Excellent analytical skills to solve problems, this resource will be the lead for production support and will be the L1 support point of contact from the application team.
ü Technical skills required are Java, J2EE and UNIX scripting – should have had hands on these.
ü Should have proven experience in requirements management, requirement elicitation, writing functional specifications for the development team.
ü Should have good estimation and scheduling skills.
Job description: (PREFERABLES)
Preferred experience years (8 – 10)
ü Certification in Java/J2EE.
ü Understands the onshore/offshore model, it would be nice if the resource has had an experience in this.
ü Technical skills on Reporting tools and Oracle database (PL/SQL).
ü Should understand that he/she will require to have daily communication with offshore team to plan, guide and assist in tasks and day to day activities.
