Location: Phoenix , AZ

Job Responsibilities

·         Work with Customer team to identify functional, technical and business requirements

·         Translate requirements into technical design

·         Configure, customize and test Service-now tool

·         Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to the  team

·         Hands on experience in at least one end to end  design and implementation project

·         Strong knowledge in Service-now  or any other ITSM tools. Tool modules-  Incident, Problem, Change, SLM, Configuration Management, Auto Discovery, Asset

·         Management, Service Request, Service Catalog, Event Management and Monitoring, Process/Server/Network Automation

·         Strong applied knowledge of ESM architecture, databases, reporting tools, middleware, security, monitoring and high availability systems

·         Strong experience in 3rd party tools integration, Web Services

·         Requirements analysis/documentation for application level functionality tailoring/customizations

·         Data management including data extraction, transformation and load using import sets and transform maps

·         Experience in scripting languages like Java, JavaScript, PERL etc

·         Worked with the graphical workflow setup and integrating it with change  management/ SRF/other modules

·         Worked on configuring system elements like Business rules, Client Scripts, UI policies, UI Actions etc
