POSITION: SAP ABAP Developer

 

LOCATION: San Antonio, TX

 

LENGTH OF CONTRACT: 12 months

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Expectation:
- Senior ABAP developer with experience in RICEFW
- Experience in the SAP modules of FI, SD, MM
- Excellent Analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Good at documentation
Responsibility:
- ABAP development for our application support and enhancement objects
- Resolve priority 1 and breakdown issues
- Assist business analysts in debugging standard or custom objects to get to the cause of issue and provide resolution
- Develop Technical Design documents and send them offshore for development
- Develop enhancements
- Perform thorough code review of objects developed by self and peers
- Perform Unit Testing of code developed by self and peers
- Work very closely with the offshore ABAP team and bridge the gap between the onsite and offshore resources
- Single point of contact from onsite for any ABAP related queries, issues
- Follow the Application Support and Enhancement process thoroughly and ensure the ABAP team does the same
- Develop thorough documentation
- Provide overall ABAP status to the onsite lead
