Global Payroll Solution Architect Understanding of PeopleSoft Global Payroll v9.1. Role includes requirements gathering, running fit/gap sessions, configuration, writing functional specifications, use cases and test scripts 5+ years of PeopleSoft application implementation experience with 3 or more of the following HR modules Benefits, Ben Admin, Core HR, Payroll, Compensation and eRecruit Experience with at least 3 full life cycle PeopleSoft ERP implementations as a consultant Deep understanding of relevant application set-ups and organization structure Understanding and experience in designing and implementing leading practices of relative business flows Experience with Standard SDLC methodology Excellent written and verbal communication skills Expert with MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel Excellent client interaction skills 4 Year/BS degree and Tier 1 Consulting experience
