Job Description:

Technical Skills Required: ü Over 8 years of IT experience of which 3-4 years should be in the position of Solution Architect on Microsoft .NET platform, specifically ASP.NET and Webservices ü Sound Implementation of .NET Framework and Patterns ü Good Exposure and Experience on Microsoft SQL Server Stack i.e. SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, etc. (Version 2005 and 2008) ü Excellent Design and Documentation skills with OOA/OOD, design patterns and UML Additional Skills ü Should be hands on to do Proof of Concepts and Estimations for Microsoft Solutions. The estimations levels could be detail or rough order of magnitude ü Excellent English Communication Skills having Consulting abilities to end Clients ü Ability to quickly learn existing complex systems ü Good Team Player, Good Interpersonal Skills and Ability to Learn Quick are all plus ü Exposure to Design of Global Applications or Regional Application is a must ü Exposure to Iterative Development Methodologies is desirable Please share some solid resumes.
