- 5 years experience administering middleware platforms required. Must be proficient in Documentum, Weblogic and/or Jboss which includes carrying out the installation of new core product modules as needed, installation of patches and OS updates, system configuration and maintenance and deploying new code releases.
- Experience with Apache, IIS, UNIX/Linux and J2EE are also required.
- Exposures to Tibco or similar applications integration technology is also valuated.
- Proven technical experience with administrating 24x7 business critical environments (Production) with complex, multi-tiered, highly scalable and highly available clustered configurations
- Significant troubleshooting and performance tuning skills/experience
- ITIL Service Management Foundation certification desired.
- Strong understanding of Computer Systems Validation and working experience in Validated environment including IQ/OQ assurance and SOP development
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or business field, or equivalent experience
- Outstanding interpersonal, analytical, written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate willingness to cross train and to learn additional technical expertise
- Adaptable to change in a large organization
- Complete tasks and assignments with a strong customer focus and a highly responsive service delivery and support ethic
- International mindset with clear goal orientation, experience working in a major global organization preferred
- Occasional international travel possible
