- Past Test Lead Experience

- Knowledgeable of Project Management practices like project planning, integrated project control,

  risk management and quality management.

- Excellent test plan and documentation skills

- Define testing scope, approach, risks, assumptions and dependencies

- Report and communicate test status and metrics to project stakeholders.     

- Excellent problem solving and debugging skills     

- Experience on different software development methodologies     

- Work independently, Effectively communicate testing status to management.     

- Coordinating with Onsite / Offshore team      

- Experience in managing multi-location teams     

- Experience using industry-standard test tools ( HP s Quality Center / QTP preferred)
