6-8 weeks

1. Strong TSQL (ETL (extract transform and load disparate data sources) data formatting and data "cleansing")

2. Develop and enhance SQL stored procedures

3. Understand Perl script (or any other programming language experience) is highly preferable

4.     Basic Activities over the next 6 weeks
1.        Develop ETL
2.        Load and validate Data
3.        Develop (or re-use the ETL) and load data
4.        Validate data
5.        Defect resolution during QA and UAT
6.        Develop (or re-use the ETL) and load data
7.        Complete tech specs
8.        Post prod support

 

Mandatory Skills:

·         Process for data error messaging- how to do it

·         BCP functionality

·         Difference between loading processes

·         Scheduling stored procedures

·         Scripting language (preferably Perl) for troubleshooting, proposing and executing changes in code

·         ***Must be self-sufficient*** no expertise in house
