Expert in North America (U.S. & Canada) PeopleSoft Payroll as well as Time and Labor functionality and experience in version 9.0
• Must have functional/technical knowledge of Time and Labor rules setup
• Must have Payroll as well as Time and Labor implementation experience in large organizations (>10,000 employees) with complex Time and Labor offerings
• Experience in HR setups for new companies.
• Experience in leading functional reviews with business area
• Experience in documenting system design documentation from requirement sessions
• Experience in the different phases of the software development lifecycle
• Should be able to demonstrate understanding of different test cycles and tying business requirements to test results
• Experience in PeopleSoft Query tool and a SQL tool
Should be a Techno-functional consultant
