NEED APPLICATION ENGINEER(HADOOP) CANDIDATES
Location:
Duration: 6+ Months
Must-haves:-
Serves as liaison between business customers and applications systems for development of new systems/business processes or changes to existing processes/systems,
·Provides technical assistance to customers in resolving day-to-day systems or business, problems which may include specific project support or computer-based applications,
·Participates in inspection/audits and conducts control evaluations,
·Analyzes and researches new or existing products, systems, procedures, and/or work flow needs; recommends solutions/action,
·Participates in or conducts post-implementation analyses,
·Determines and performs required testing activities for new and modified systems,
·Develops integrated test plans based on customer requirements,
·Analyzes testing criteria for specification compliance,
·Develops test data, executes testing and documents results,
·Coordinates and maintains simulated production environment.
Looking for an energetic software engineer that has some experience in Perl and Python and is familiar with HADOOP and SQL.
Also if the person has knowledge of Solr, Lucene and web-applications, this would be a plus.
