Primary Job Responsibilities
Manage team resources in execution of production lifecycle phases and development of project deliverables
Coordinate with Technology teams and Info Security teams to define project scope, requirements and actively manage issues and risks to resolution
Identify, measure and mitigate risks at the project and portfolio level
Develop detailed work plan and execute within budget and schedule
Conduct key milestone reviews and meetings; e.g. kick-off meetings, design reviews
Identify and confirm participation from key business stakeholders and end users throughout project lifecycle; communicate expectations to business users
Leverage PMO templates and processes in delivery process;
Report status on a weekly basis and distribute to team members in a timely manner
Continually review scope/deliverables against business drivers
Communicate and escalate issues/risks to leadership and business team with solution options
Confirm all project milestones and checklists have been successfully completed and signed off
Job Requirements
A proven resource in defining reporting systems strategy, developing systems requirements, and managing projects to implement practical business solutions under multiple deadlines.
Experience identifying and mitigating risk in enterprise applications such as infrastructure PMI-certified and work experience in CMM level 3 and above environments
10 years of overall project management experience
Demonstrated track record of successfully planning and managing larger-scale project implementations from start to finish
Hands on, practical experience with systems implementation methodologies
Effective communication and organizational skills
Adept at designing and implementing technology-enabled business solutions as part of a high performance team.
Able to collaborate with end users and have a strong desire to excel.
Strong interpersonal, team building skills and customer facing experience
Ability to think logically and analyze application and business process requirements and accurately convert them to design specifications.
Strong problem solving and issue resolution experience is a must
