Must Have Skills:    Should have at least 9+ overall experience of which last 6-7 years in pure project management Should be a PMI – PMP Certified  professional Should be senior seasoned Techno-Business Project / Program Manager Should have handled multiple projects at any given point of time Should have handled projects of 1+ MM Must possess excellent communication & articulating skills Must be able to communicate & make presentations to Executive/VP/SVP stakeholders   Desired Skills: Financial Services - Brokerage Experience is a major plus Experience in Agile methodologies is a major plus CSM certification is a plus but not a must
