Job Description:    
The coaching position will be responsible for leading the team's adoption of Scrum and/or other Agile practices.
The individual will work with the team to ensure scrum framework is followed, coordinate and/or facilitate scrum meetings (i.e. such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and sprint retrospectives), provide visibility to team status and issues to senior management, mentor and coach client team members on agile software development principles and practices, and coordinate and schedule the execution of deliverables across multiple teams and projects.

Must Have Skills
•Understand Scrum and/or other Agile practices
•Team lead skill
•Mentoring client team members on agile software dev principles/practices
•Good communication skill
•Good organizational skill – coordinate/schedule/execute deliverables across multiple teams and projects
