Essentials skills that are required:
* Extensive background in the P&C insurance industry with focus in claims administration, medical bill processing or financial areas.
* Extensive experience with analyzing mainframe (VSAM flat files and COBOL copybooks), relational and XML data.
* Advanced knowledge of SQL and ability to write complex queries for profiling relational data.
* Extensive experience with creating mapping documents that capture complex transformations between data sources and targets.
* Strong written and verbal communications skills with the ability elicit data requirements.
